- Civilian conservation corps (ccc)- providing jobs for single males on conversation projects by
- The federal emergency relief administration (FERA)- helped states to provide aid for the unemployed by Maximum enrollment at any one time was 300,000. Through the course of its nine years in operation, 3 million young men participated in the CCC, which provided them with shelter, clothing, and food, together with a wage of $30 (about $570 in 2017 per month ($25 of which had to be sent home to their families).
- Public works administration on (PWA)- created jobs in government projects.
- Civil works administration on (CWA)- provided work in federal jobs.
- Work progress administration on (WPA)- quickly created as many jobs as possible.
- National youth administration on (NYA)- provided Job training for employed young people and part-time jobs for needy students.

- Glass steagall act- Created the Federal Deposit insurance corporation (FDIC), which protected bank deposits up to $5,000, thus reassuring the Americans that their money were safe.
- Banking Act-Regulated the supply of money and interest rates on loans
- 1936 food and drug act- Made Manufactures list ingredients on the side of the bottle or packaging.
